The Prince Théodred II* Fram, 2nd Count of Fenmark KM GMOV CS
H.R.H. The Prince Théodred II* Fram of Riddermark, 2nd Count of Fenmark KM GMOV CS. (44 y.o.) is a member of the Most Illustrious Royal House de Riddenmearc of Riddermark. He is a third child and second son of the late Fram, 5th Prince of Rhovanion and The Hon. Monica Hild Mayesk of Rhovanion, as well as the father's brother of ♔ EORL KING. Currently he is 3rd in the line of succession to the Riddenian throne.
Born in London, UK, during the Rhovanion's time in exile (1945 - 1991), he studied at Ludgrove School, Topolowka High School (nowadays Royal Vrest College) in Gdansk (after his return to Poland and the proclamation of Arminaleth - the New Heavenly City-State of Kings in 1995 VI), before spending part of his gap year in Texas, United States. He then went up to read history at Merton College, Oxford, graduating in 2005 VI with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Oxford University.
In 2001 VI, he was accepted by his late father, Fram, 5th Prince of Rhovanion, into the Most Noble Chivalry Order of the Mearh (current Royal Order).
On 6 Narvinye/ 21 December 2005 VI, following the resignation from the throne of Arminaleth of his uncle, Théodred I, he was elected by Council of the Sceptre, 2nd Lord Sovereign of Arminaleth. Prince Théodred II reigned as absolute monarch of the microstate for 12 over years, during which time he strengthened it diplomatically in Poland and Italy, establishing new relations with Spain and Greece. In 2008 VI, Prince Théodred II hosted the then heir to the Spanish throne, H.R.H. Felipe, Prince of Asturias (now King Felipe VI), as well as the presidents of Poland, Italy and Greece in 2012 VI. Throughout his reign, Prince Théodred II also expanded the City-State by erecting a regionally important medical clinic, an armed forces academy with a modern military base, and a wall to secure the microstate from the north.
While still in his reign, he underwent military training successively at The Polish Air Force Academy, the 25th Polish Air Cavalry Brigade, where he was awarded the lieutenant rank.
In 2018 VI he relinquished the throne to his elder brother, Prince Leod, 6th Count of Haergdal (6th Prince of Rhovanion since 2021).
In 2021 VI he was appointed by his brother to the office of Steward and Marshal of the Sceptre. He held this office until 2025 VI, when, following the proclamation of the Kingdom of Riddermark, he was retained by ♔ EORL KING in the court counsellor office of Marshal of the Royal Sceptre.
On January 1st, 2025 VI H.R.H. The Prince Théodred II Fram was created 2nd Count of Fenmark and 6th Baron of Aldburg and thus heir to the Dukedom of Folde.
His current residence is Fenmark-South Castle in the Duchy of Folde.
Early life and education[]

H.R.H. The Prince Theodred Fram de Rhovanion-Rhovanion was born at 12:20 a.m. on 30 Narquelie 1980 VI at 16th Grosvenor Residence, London, where the Princely House of Rhovanion family had been living in exile since 1945.
He is a third child and second son of the late Fram Frumgar Forthwini, 5th: Prince of Rhovanion, Count of Haergdal and Baron of Dunhaerg (1939 - 2021). As with his three other siblings, Leod, Theodwyn Hild I and Eowyn Hild, a governess was appointed to look after Theodred and was responsible for his early education at 16th Grosvenor Residence before he attended Ludgrove School near Wokingham, Berkshire (1987 - 1995). In 1991 VI, after the fall of communism in Poland, part of the House of Rhovanion family after 45 years returned to the country and settled in a newly built palace complex in Gdansk. Theodred, however, remained in UK with his grandmother [4th] Dowager Princess of Rhovanion) until the end of primary school. He joined the rest of the family in 1995 VI, which coincided with the proclamation in Gdansk - Arminaleth - the New Heavenly City-State of Kings.
